Angela Walters Visiting the BMQG!

Very exciting news, everyone. This Fall, renowned quilter Angela Walters will be coming to New England and we have the privilege of meeting with her! This meeting will be FREE and open to ALL PAID members of the guild.

Also, there will be workshops given by Angela at Quilter's Way in Concord. Our paid members have been given priority to some classes, but there are fees for these workshops. (Fees are non-refundable but you CAN transfer your seat to someone else). Be aware that in order to have a privileged spot for any or the workshops, you need to contact Jane from Quilter's Way BEFORE JUNE 10TH.

Please take a look at the information below. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact any of the officers (Alice in particular has a lot of details about this event).

I'M SUPER EXCITED ABOUT THIS AND I HOPE YOU ALL ARE TOO!!!

Machine quilting master Angela Walters of Quilting is My Therapy will be presenting a Trunk Show of her work at our September meeting.  Angela may be best known for the unbelievable quilting she does for Tula Pink but she also quilts for the likes of Julie Herman, Lizzy House and so many others quilt market could almost be renamed the Angela Walters show.  She will also release her first book, Free-Motion Quilting this summer.  The trunk show will be held Saturday, September 22 from 1-3 at the new Quilter's Way in Acton.  Due to our agreement with Quilter's Way and Angela, only paid BMQG members can attend this meeting so get your dues in if you're planning to attend.
